There's a gap between what AI can do and what most businesses actually use it for. We built Brikhan Analytics to close it.
Most companies now know AI matters. Very few have someone translating that into work that actually ships — a better website, a leaner operation, a clearer growth plan. That's the gap we exist to close.
Built for the businesses AI conversations usually skip past.
Most of the public conversation about AI is aimed at software companies — teams that already have the technical staff to experiment, fail, and iterate on their own. Brikhan Analytics started from a different observation: the hotel owner, the aesthetics practice, the local service business — the businesses with the most to gain from AI are usually the ones with the least time to figure it out themselves.
So we built a firm around doing that work for them: rebuilding the digital presence that brings in the right customers, developing software for the specific industries we understand best, and advising leadership teams on exactly where AI moves the needle — in plain language, backed by their own numbers.
We're still early. We say so plainly where it's true — our software products are in active development, and we'd rather earn trust with transparent, verifiable work than overstate where we are.
Make AI a practical growth advantage for the businesses most likely to be told it's not for them.
The principles behind every engagement.
Results over hype
We don't recommend AI because it's trendy. Every engagement is measured against a specific cost, revenue, or time outcome.
Data-backed decisions
Strategy comes from your numbers, not a generic playbook. If the data doesn't support a recommendation, we don't make it.
AI as a tool, not a gimmick
AI shows up where it genuinely reduces effort or improves outcomes — never bolted on for the sake of a buzzword.
Plain-language accountability
You'll always know what we did, why, and what it changed — reported in terms that make sense to a business owner, not just a data team.

Faraz Khan
Founder & CEO
I spent years managing hotels before I ever built a website — and what I learned there shaped how I run Brikhan Analytics today: a great product means nothing if the right people can't find it, trust it, or book it. That pushed me into digital growth and the actual art of selling — understanding what makes someone say yes, not just what looks good in a pitch. AI became the natural next step, not as a buzzword, but as the fastest way to actually execute on strategy that used to take a full team and months to pull off. I started Brikhan Analytics to bring that same practical, results-first approach to businesses that don't have time to figure AI out on their own.
We'd rather show you the work than tell you about it.
Book a strategy call and we'll walk through exactly how we'd approach your business — no generic pitch deck.
